Llay Welfare F.C.
Llay Welfare Football Club is a Welsh football club formed in 1930-31. They began their football in the Wrexham & District League which they won in 1936-37 season.

Many thanks goes to Gary W Burns who researched our club history and honours list, before that no one at the club new quite what had been won. Gary W Burns also wrote the brief club history notes, which we at Llay slightly altered but not too much, anyway without people like Gary football would be the worse so once again many thanks.
